If I remember correctly, 1.0 Lore, when Ul'Dah came to power, a neighboring city state was crushed. In their last bid for power, they cast a spell which went awry and turned everyone in the city to zombies.
- We used to be able to see remnants of this city as a "mirage" from the southern cliffs of Thanalan.
