only been four weeks and last letter had the whole plans for summer so yes this is what call impatient, give them time lets see what happens in next two updates if game get worse then Ill be pissed about game along side u

Info from Community Rep's is a lot different from wanting letters from the producer. I want more communication from the community reps rather than auto mated responses from the community reps in the forums.

I don't want more letters from the producers i want to see some well thought out interesting posts with some personality rather then copy pastes right out of the patch notes.
