Premade PVP need to have their OWN queue

all your saying here is that you agree solo que players are at a disadvantage but premade should still que with them due to a longer wait? you can easly just say what you said at the end of this very same post, if you dn't want to wait longer as a premade then que solo which would have significantly faster que, instead you prefer the solo under geared players have to deal with the geared pre-mades and tell them form a pre-made to have a better chance LMAO.....so no solution is your solution?



I myself am not complaining I just agree with the OP as I have seen this issue, and inconsolable utopian dream -_- , its like giving your opinion on a FORUM for opinions is such a stretch for you! the OP stated what they think will help pvp while you stand here giving reason why no action should be taken at all? pvp is broken and does need some work but why would I agree with someone who thinks there is no solution of someone who does?

You actually think this needs to stay like this because sometimes a guy has 2 friends online instead of 1 or 3. Thats what you're arguing right now. The discomfort of that guy having to choose between pvp partners sometime is nothing compared to the solo queuers getting farmed and pvp scrubs getting rewarded.

You have 3 class types. If premade of 2 enters, they have to wait for exactly one corresponding type to play. Can we get some data that shows how fluid that will be? I don't have it, so I really can't argue that it will be longer queue times. But, I took enough probability and statistics to know that logically, it will be taxing as all get out for anyone wanting to play with a buddy.

Well, that sounds great on paper. But here's the deal: People complaining about premades as they stand are good enough to destroy any scrub they encounter just about. Several of the people complaining in here admit that they actively "abuse" the three-man system. So, here's what happens: most of these people who are using premades now will end up not doing any premades (or relatively few) because (a) the wait times will most likely be a lot longer, and (b) they won't get to troll newbies. So, what do they do? The same thing they do in any other MMO PVP type game out there: they roll the FOTM class, queue up in the solo queue, and destroy anyone on the other side they can determine is new or incapable.

Statistically speaking, you are likely to end up with at least 2 of these guys in any given group. Bad news for 2/4 players on a team. And, depending on what the FOTM class is and what the other team's comp is, perhaps bad news for them. In other words, you've solved nothing. Those trolls still end up in your queue no matter how you slice it. PVP will remain imbalanced by people who "twink" their toons and steamroll other players. This debate is as old as the internet.

And further more, let's say that they do allow for 2m premades, who have to wait for another 2m premade. Then this team goes up against a 4m premade. Well, that equates to two pugs and 1 team essentially, because both 2m teams are disconnected from vent and premade coordination vs. that 4m premade team. Simply put, all you're doing is moving the premade scandal into the premade queue, and the 2m groups will be on here complaining about that brand of injustice.

If you REALLY want to offer up an idea for "fixing" PVP, then let's look at it like this: This current setup is like arena. We need to have a 10m+ map for solo PVP. That will highly reduce the issues we are facing over the steamrolling 3m premades, because statistically speaking, most people are not going to put together a 10m group to steamroll a 10m solo group. They aren't patient enough to even get a Chimera or Titan group together. So, that will fix it. I guess.

But attempting to modify the current format in any way resolves nothing. Mark my words. If they do it, I will see you back here again a week later complaining about something else like "please make it so someone with 100 wins is forced into PVP with other players with 100 wins waaaaahhhhhhh waaaaahhhhhhh," and "please make it so people with higher iLevel gear are forced into a queue with other players of higher iLevel gear wahhhhhhhhh wahhhhhh."

Been doing this long enough to know your type. You can't even sit down and think about the logistics of what you're asking for, and half of you are abusing the very system you demand be fixed. Makes no sense at all. But, whatever. SE will do as they please, and judging by their lack of entering into discussion on these types of forum posts, they aren't too concerned about this issue, nor y'all's suggestions at all. So, it is what it is.

Now, let's talk about puppies. That'd be more productive.

PS: I *can* form a 4man or 3man group. Not sure where you decided I couldn't except to try and make a cute remark about my hyperbole, like some kind of personal jab. Your jab failed. My feelings aren't hurt. I did that because illogical people frustrate me. Obviously it solves nothing, but sometimes the internet needs a good dose of sarcasm. Get over it!

PSPS: I did read the OP, obviously. I argued against forcing premades of any type into a premade queue. You didn't read my posts, obviously, because I say that I mostly solo queue, and if I do team up, it's with a guy from my FC who also likes to PVP. We certainly aren't doing it to steamroll inadequate players.
