Quests have level requirements before you can hand them in. On the face of it, this makes sense since you don't want people switching to a level 10 job and earning level 49 quest experience. However, I do feel it's too rigid.

The first issue I have is that you can accept many quests irrespective of your current level, even ones you're currently unable to hand in. The second is that there should be no problem handing in a quest as long as you're close to the level requirement.

Make it so that as long as you're within 3 levels of the quest, and on the right type of class, you can hand it in. There's no reason quests need to be this rigid.
