As much as I'd love to rant and hurl my frustrations at SE right now. I am just going to be constructive and post this.
Please (and rather quickly) re-evaluate the insanity that is your mob distribution. The level 20 leatherworking quest has me running to Quarrymill in order to deliver the armor. If you're unaware of that that path looks like, let me paint you a picture.
Path 1: hoards of level 55+ monsters that 1 shot a level 27 Thaumaturge with buffs.
Path 2: hoards of level 55+ monsters that 1 shot a level 27 Thaumaturge with buffs.
Path 3: hoards of level 55+ monsters that 1 shot a level 27 Thaumaturge with buffs.
I am experimenting with path 4 right now. But I imagine it is more of the same insanity that the above pathways include.
Edit: Path 4 actually worked. Regardless, the amount of frustration this brought me was a little excessive. The mob distribution still needs to be evaluated heavily.
Fix this.
While you're at it. Review each of the quests in place to ensure this doesn't ever happen again.
Also, frontier hubs must be accessible in much the same manner. I'd hate to have my level 10 quest take me through level 60 mobs...
And redo the entire Black Shroud while you're at it.
Same is true for all the areas. It's insane that there's enemy variety in the game but it's all wasted by the leve design and the fact that you can go from 1 to 50 in the same zone with same mobs.
