Player Housing

To the housing team/developers/anyone who might be able to answer some questions:

- Is there a general timeframe in which you're shooting to release player housing? 2.2? 2.3? 2015?
- Will it be community housing like the current FC housing model? Or will everyone basically get their own inn room to decorate, like in FFXI?
- If community, will it share instances with FC housing, or be completely separate?
- Will there be small, medium, and large options as well?
- Will prices for player housing be exponentially higher on legacy servers at the start?
- Will player housing have access to the additional functions that FC housing will have? (chocobo breeding, airships, etc.)

Any light you could shed on the subject would be incredibly helpful to people who want housing but don't have an incredibly rich free company (or one at all) that can afford the current prices.

Rough guess here, but in the Gridania housing wards there is a locked gate on the east of the map. That might be a zone line to player housing and act similar to the FFXI rent-a-room. An individual instance with the ability to invite another player in seems the best route because I honestly can't see thousands of houses available in wards similar to FC housing.
