Party Finder frustration (recruitment)

I set up my fate party under the party finder recruitment checked free for all the roles and a few people actually joined so I know its working. But I noticed 2 things that were really frustrating and just can't be the way this is intended to work.

1.) As soon as our party hit 6/8 it said recruitment was complete and canceled the party finder. I then had to re-list our party to get the 7th. When it was 7/8 I had to re-list again and an 8th person joined.

2.) I could not invite members while our party was listed in the party finder. I literally had to tell the person /tell'ing me to go to the party finder and join. They did and got in.

Why does it kick your party out of the system at 6/8 but still let you re-list again after and why can you not invite someone while your party is listed? Makes no sense. Thank you.

I addition, this whole PF system is bugged like hell.
Just had an example.
The guys is shouting to join his T4 group via PF, when I got into PF window, his group isn't listed!!
Relog sometimes helping, but is this supposed to work like this, I doubt.
THIS IS SO FN FRUSTRATING.

Another day, another shout, and again, party isn't listed in PF!

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
