I was looking at the marketboards and saw another member with my logo FINAL
I investigated and it said the Free company they had was called "Final Heaven"
My free company the name is also Final Heaven, I spoke to the individual leader Vahn Peacecraft on Diabolos's server and he said he was sorry and had no desire to change the name because they are rank 2, I stated I had no desire to change my name either because we are Rank 5, have a website, established etc. I informed the player we would have Square Enix's staff team look into a solution for us. He had stated it was fine to do that.
I have submitted a Bug report on the website, I have also called, they stated it's a GM or game dev that has to resolve this. I then notified your staff on the game support desk feature and have supported tickets on this issue.
They have told me to Post on the forums, I have done so the reason this is all the information I have is it is the only information able to be provided.
The players FC is the same as mine, it shouldn't take a week to handle this issue it's a
I am upset because I have called, I have emailed, I have posted and even in-game I have attempted to get this issue resolved and it just is not.
I am extremely upset at the way my claim is being handled and generally I appreciate Square Enix's support team but right now being in limbo over my free company and if we get to keep ours is frustrating and in its self ruining my game because I am worried on what will happen to our FC, rather than playing the game. I am hoping this format is enough information because it's as much as I can give, it's established it has nothing to do with the area or console, it is a simple Duplicate FC name.
