if I got rank 30 with Twin Adders, Could I change to Immortal Flames and be at pvp rank 1 again? Wondering since how the PvP Skills are set up by GC and not universal.

On the topic of Grand Companies, what real role do they play here? It's not GC vs GC like I originally thought (I know this because me and a friend are both Flames, and we've fought each other many times) and all the abilities are the same (on the abilities tab, there are different menus for each GC, but the patch notes only mention one set of abilities).
Any help would be appreciated!
I can tell you that the GC's are like a faction setting, Like how WoW has horde and alliance but not as strict in terms of who you fight just who you represent. On the topic of Grand Companies, what real role do they play here? Yes. When you switch companies you are rank 1 again (and you'll be rank 30 again when you switch back). All of the currently avialable actions are not specific to a grand company, but you'll have to unlock them over again anyway I think.
When Frontlines comes out, it will likely introduce actions that are exlcusive to each company, because that event is a sort of a competition between the three companies.
I feel that is very likely as well, but I've also been hearing that someone has gone and changed GC and they kept there old skills but had to relevel is all. I'm unwilling to even try that since am level 19 now in PvP with ulda. Anyone low pvp rank willing to try?Yes.
