Unable to enter MRD Level 30 Job Quest Instance

As per title, I am unable to enter the level 30 MRD class quest

Time:15:34 GMT
Frequency: Everytime
World name:Gilgamesh
Character name:Lazarus Lazuli
NPC name: Fell Demon
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: Marauder, Level 30
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: 3:00pm
Area and coordinates:Eastern La Noscea (31,28)
Steps:
1. Speak to Wyrnzeon to initiate MRD 30 Job quest.
2. Head to Costa Del Sol and speak to Solkwyb.
3. Head down the beach to investigate the area until you find "Fell Demon" at the co-ordinates mentioned above.
4. Select Fell Demon and click "Proceed" to initiate instances duty.

Nevermind. I managed to resolve the issue by restarting my session.
