My character is centered too low on the screen - it has moved after the patch

Before the 2.1 patch, my character appeared relatively centered vertically in the screen as I adventured. Whether I scrolled in or out, the character was high enough to be above the toolbars.

Since the patch, my character is now positioned about 15% from the bottom of the screen. So, he is behind my tool bars in their default positions. This occurs regardless of whether I zoom in or out, and no camera movement commands affect this placement.

When the character interacts with a quest giver, the character model moves up to the center of the screen for the duration of the conversation, and then when the conversation is over, it drops back down to the 15% level.

The game is somewhat difficult to play in this state because (a) the UI blocks the character (yes, I know I can move the UI, but I shouldn't have to), and (b) I don't get a full view of the area around the character (which is difficult for a tank).

there is an option i believe in the camera setting that should be at a default of 27 or 35% or something like that. it raises and lowers your character on the screen
