I commend anyone that stands out for me.
Sometimes it a BLM that LBs purrrfectly at the boss fights. Sometimes its the Tank, if i never get aggro. Sometimes other DPS if I see them doing some good moves

I did low level DR today and there was a (non-synched) Arcanist. I noticed (as I was Aero every enemy) that they all had Bio and Masima ticking (even if they were down the tank marked order). I dig that. I commended her - even tho the other DPS was good and the tank was rockin. It was just something I saw and thought - nice, you're working it good!
