FATE frequency for daily rep quests take too long.

Got it two days in a row. It annoyed me to no end. Both times it took more than 40 minutes to pop.

Should be daily questing, not daily standing in place.

'Wrench in the works' took about 45-50 mins to spawn when I tried it earlier this afternoon. Judging by the size of the conga line of mounts leading back to little solace I'd say there were more than a few people being kept waiting :/

All it needs is an NPC that can trigger the FATE and that only people with that quest can trigger it or even see the NPC, guess that was too complicated to do.
