Newcomer in A Realm Reborn, looking for Company

My greetings, people.

I started to play Final Fantasi XIV about a month ago, and I intend to renew my suscription this weekend. I've always loved MMO, and I find A Realm Reborn particulary charming. I'd like to spend my free time here in Eorzea.

But at the moment I find the game quite overwhelming. Not only for the amount of options we have in this game -compared to other MMO such as World of Warcraft, which is the only one which I know-, but also because of the fact that I am alone.

The point is, although I think I can read, write and listen english quite decently, I don't know how I'd manage when it comes to voice chatting. I was wondering if I could join a small Free Company which could forgive me for my poor english skills.

Don't take me wrong, I do not want to be a free rider, I want to level up and gearing up by myself. I am reading guides throught the web in order to understand and mastering the game, but as I said before, it will take some time -I'm talking about professions such as culinarian and blahblah, reaching level 50 should be quite easy, I think-.

Sorry for this long post, please allow me to summarize it. I would like to join a friendly Free Company -preferibly EU, since my time zone is GMT+1- aiming to do the high end content of the game, whose members would be willing to endure some whining through chat and voice chat -I'm very shy, so for the first days I would be very quite, just listening to you from the shadows. But I do want voice chat! That is the only way to improve speaking-. I think some people take into account the age of the players, I'm 24. Spanish, by the way.
