Vote Kick Almost Useless

A Timer would suck, sometimes people get kicked for unjust reasons like "Man this guys gear sucks, lets get a new one"... etc. If they do it via timer, it should be short, like 5 minutes or something. Nothing to high.

They just need to make it so the party doing the kicking doesn't get the same person back.

There should be a 5 minute penalty. Or at least not be able to join the party you were just kicked from for a few minutes.

A vote to kick should be a vote to ban from that group, you don't need to lock someone out of DF just ban them from that particular instance.

Vote kick is good if someone being an asshole I agree!. But what if let's say 4 people are in DF and 3 of them have great gear and the other guy is new, they as a group of 3 think hmmm doing a run with this guy is going to be slow lets vote kick him. If you make it so people are locked out because they are vote kicked!. Then what about that poor guy who did nothing wrong apart from being new?.

Don't forget about the people ALREADY abusing this "Vote to Kick" so their buddies can lot stuff. Having already READ about this happening since the patch was released on the forums, a friend of mine was booted last night so he couldn't 'need' a piece of gear he was wanting that dropped so their tank could 'greed' it...

So(how does the vote-kick work again??) if I'm captain of my team aka team-leader, am I to follow democracy to kick some douche-bag by:
1- selecting kick party-member= opening the option to the rest of the party to kick said member?
2- Wait for all party-members to "kick" the selected member to be kicked by: "kick member from party?"?
3- Party member is then kicked and ejected from the dungeon? ...

I /VOTE for dungeons to be open and not instanced.

I mean, not restricted to just parties but at-least level-capped. That way you can KICK someone and wait for someone new(excluding the one you just kicked).

The problem with instanced dungeons is, they're linked to the "Duty-Finder" and if someone is ejected from a instanced(but doesn't leave), same person can return.

SE has the tendency to resolve problems which creates new ones. MMOs are basically social games(it's everyones game) and sometimes you have to pull punches and deal with them.

Only thing i dont agree with is the wait timer not everyone gets kicked because they are afk some people get kicked because the other 3 or whatevr are part of the same FC and dont want that job or you say something that displeases one of them

getting kicked for no reason then having to wait 15 minutes will upset alot of people i know we all want to think the best but this stuff does happen.
