    Mister Sirs read that ya'll are mentioning "ownedcore", he said no that's not where he got it from, that he found it while tinkering.

    Mahhh, still no contact other than Jhanakas post. Well i can't be impatient, after all, it's the holidays! @.@ And speaking of holidays.. Are the holiday items tradeable? Or are they spirit bound when picked up? Cause the 31st is inching closer and closer D:!!

    How is it bad on him if he's trying to help his friend out? if SE is being shady, it deserves to be outed. They have always had horrible customer service. ever since XI i have had nothing but problems with contacting them and getting help on certain things. i once submitted a ticket, got no reply, and then was asked to answer a survey on my help received (or in this case, lack thereof), and then the ticket was closed. it realy seems like SE's Support is not gettin any better.

    Gave in and activated my account yesterday. Me want to collect holiday items D:
    But UGGHHHH only 4 days left.. ;.; Mister is going to miss that santa, snowman, rudolf suit, and that chocobo barding DX!! Wish the items were tradeable..

    Took a nap, and when i woke up my power supply died ;___;!! It lived a good 5 years. By the time i bought a replacement, and installed it, it was way to late to come online. Now here i am, at my work desk, working ;-; borrrring.

    And ohmigosh, another event O_o Heavensturn.. My retainers are going to complain from all the junk i'll be stuffing in em from the holidays x.x;..

    Still nothing on Misters part. :/ Have a big feeling he will miss the Starlight Celebration.. Maybe even the new Heavensturn event to.. Sigh.. I really don't know what we are looking for now that Jhanaka replied to the thread few days ago. Not sure what Mister is suppose to look for now since they stated they probably won't reply here anymore..

    Well, still ain't gonna loose this hope i gots. -crosses fingers- That reply is progress afterall!

    The santa outfit is actually tradable, but the reindeer and snowman attire aren't. You could buy an additional santa outfit and give it to him. ^^ Glad to see you're a subscriber, again. You should let me know when you'll be in-game next so I can add you as a friend, haha. I hope Mister Sirs' account situation is resolved soon!

    :O Well, least it's something that i'll be able to give him! Though that snowman suit ;.;!! Yeah, i subscribed again for the holiday items, and in hopes mister does (crossing fingers here) get unbanned.

    I should be logging in soon in about.. 2 - 3 hours since that's when i'll be getting out of work. Was going to make a new character since i won't be progressing with Mrs Madam without Mister Sirs. Constantly debating here on what race to be.. I'm so indecisive D:!! Maybe female miqote.. I don't know.. Or male again. I like big armor and non skimpy armor to o.o;

    So i made that other character Kyousha on Midgardsormr! It's Madam Nya

    :O So, i was able to get a santa set for Mister Sirs, and a chocobo starlight barding! I can't believe the barding is tradeable! I told him about the barding and he totally wants to run around with his chocobo having antlers and gifts on it's butt >.>;;; D: Wish i could get him the rest! The reindeer suit is hilariously cute!

    And urrg, a new event on the 31st! Those helmets.. Darn, seems only the Usagi ones are tradeable.. Least it will be something to give him if nothing is done before the 31st..

    ): Wonder if they started their investigation yet..

    They sure have tweaked a few minor things here and there since i've been gone. I'm amazed at how little RMT spammers are around now.. Haven't seen a single bot in the lowbie areas yet. Pretty darn amazed. I've sooo forgotten how long it takes to level up >_>; And as always, still ain't giving up on this issue and thread !

    SE phone support is horrendous, it'll get you nowhere but a one-way ticket to rageville. Your friend is kinda boned, and he kinda deserved it. Buy a new copy or play a different game.

    Technical Support section was really the best place to post it out of all other sections. To bad there isn't a customer support thread. He only deserves it if he used the money he spawned, which he didn't and i'm more that willing to risk my account for it. He found a game breaking exploit, he reported it, got in contact with the senior GM in-game who told him to put everything in a retainer, to not touch or delete it, since the tech devs needed to investigate it. He did exactly that, and for a month after the GM told him to leave the items in the retainer, we played together, had fun together, made a little FC together and so on. He only got banned a month later cause of the automated bans SE pushed out to anyone who had over a few million gil, so of course from leaving all that money in the retainer like he was told to, he got caught in it, so really, he wasn't suppose to be banned in the first place :/

    None of the hacked gil was ever traded, used in any way. The only time he traded me money was just a few hundred to afford travel expenses, and out of his own earned gil from selling his blacksmithing items in the market, so i surely hope the investigation proves his innocence on that part. Why keep someone who did good and meant no harm, used none of the money, banned?

    He doesn't want to just "buy a new account". He's spent hours since late closed beta working on blacksmithing and Weaver to get them to 50. I believe he spent more time than i did on his character D:! We aren't going to drop this nor will we give up. He wants his account and his character back. He is also the master of our FC. His account has the preorder and collector's edition bonuses.. Just. We aren't giving up. We already got the Senior GM Jhanaka to drop in and leave a post on page 3 saying thank you for stepping up for him and that we will investigate his account to make sure the proper steps were taken, and i really hope by what he meant was to make sure he used none of that money and unbanning him cause of it :/

    To Mister/ Miss Jhanaka (D: Sorry, don't know since your avatar is female..), how does Mister Sirs know when, how the investigation is going? How does he get in contact with you? Is he suppose to wait for an email, or open up a ticket addressed to you? He's been checking his emails and account everyday but doesn't really know what to be looking or waiting for.. We are pretty much left in the dark with nothing but the reply of you saying you his account will be investigated to make sure proper actions were taken with his particular case a week ago, which we very very much appreciate! He just wants to be updated on the investigation, is it looking good or bad on his part, is there still that little light of hope that his account may be unbanned? Have they started to investigate yet? >.< Ohhh i know i should be patient but eeee, i have these holiday items to give him and playing without him is lonely..

    I'm in no way trying to rush you or anything.. Just a week has gone by and he hasn't gotten contacted yet, and not sure what he's suppose to do at this time, so i'm wondering if he's suppose to open a ticket you may contact him through.. Or emails.. No idea >.<

    I don't believed you read into this post at all.

    Rawrrior, any news with your friend? I noticed the GM responded but they weren't very clear what they were doing or how/if they were going to contact your friend.
