My subscription expired, and now i have to see if i can manage to reactivate >.>; Still haven't gotten to the new fates. Grr.

Square Enix, i'm not giving up. I sure hope you guys don't think that i'm going to give up and leave this thread alone. I want- - no, WE want his account restored! Many have seen those screenshots, and many agree he should have his account unbanned and Mister Sirs untouched (except for all the illegitimate money purged from that character) so we can play together again! Now Valentiones day is coming up D: Another darn beautiful event we must miss cause he's still banned ;.;!

Halloween, lightning fates, christmas, new years, XI and Dragon quest, and now next Valentiones day event ;.; MAHHH!! i very appreciate you guys taking the time to investigate his account but.. If he doesn't hear from you guys at all about the issue, then nothing has been done. How do we know it has started? How do we know you guys really will check into it? Is it that difficult to talk to Mister through emails or something privately with this case, with what your tech team has found while investigating his account, did he actually use that money, did he do ANYTHING besides spawning the money, reporting it to you guys, then stuffing it all away in the retainer like he was told, and left untouched for a month till the automated bannings sweeped him up?

We are being left in the dark again with nothing to go on about this but "we will investigate", and yet we don't even know if it started or anything! Loosing faith in Square Enix, and i really don't want to because i enjoy the games you guys push out, and we both enjoy XIV over WoW.

I guess there is a huge difference here between not getting unbanned, and not getting any more forums of communication about his case. So many others want him unbanned.. Is it really that hard to lift it and take the spawned money off the character? :/ we want to play together again, Mrs Madam and Mister Sirs. STILL haven't gotten to level 50 or finished the main story.. Meh..

I'm going to tell Mister to call/ live chat support Square Enix again about this to see if any new notes have been put onto his account, or if it's still the "RMT Activities" perma banned excuse. Maybe, just "maybe", they put a new note on his account that needs him to actually call to have more steps taken on the account. i'm probably just looking waaay into this now.. Sigh.

Square. You know you have true customers when they are still lingering around after months of being banned, and bout month and a half of posting and replying to this thread in hopes something more than a reply gets done. We really enjoy XIV, but we are dreading the customer support, and yet here we are, still trying to get Mister unbanned regardless.

Is this really such a hard thing to do, to unban him and take all the bad gil off the account? It's like a child closing their eyes with their palms in hopes the scary toy in front of them goes away. Well, it's not happening Square Enix. We aren't going away, nor are we scary toys. He are harmless humans who did good in reporting a large scale exploit that could of ruined the gmes economy much further than what it is now, instead of being a terrible person and keeping it for himself, you guys never to know about it. Me? I'm not scary, i'm here standing up for my good friend in what i believe is RIGHT. His tinkering may have been wrong, but finding a huge exploit and reporting it right away after confirming it was exploitable was GOOD. After he reported it, he didn't tinker with ANYTHING else. We played together for a month after Jhanaka told him to put all spawned gil in his 2nd retainer, and LEFT IT ALONE for the month till he was sweeped up in the blanket bans.

He isn't suppose to be banned. If he is, Jhanaka should of banned him the moment their conversation was done, instead of leaving us with this hope Mister did a great thing and as reward wasn't banned, and having him sweeped up and leaving with him prepaying for few couple of months on his account.

Please, PLEASE, unban him! Take the gil off him! Let us play together again with Mrs Madam and Mister Sirs! This is so frustrating.. Customer service shouldn't take this long at all.. :/ Dear lord it's not like he traded the gil to everyone or me. It's not like he used the gil to purchase things off the market or from people via trades. It's not like he used the money to buy vendor items and armor. All he did was tinker, spawn money, report it, stuff it in his 2nd retainer, and continued to play for a month with me.

Haven't been able to contact SE yet. Mister has been working late nights past few days, and being snowed in at work, making him stay over a close by friends house.. Hope those of you that get snow are safe. I just get pouring rain here x.x;

Still nothing, as always. Is Mister suppose to call? Suppose to do live chat? Suppose to wait longer? Is he waiting for a form on contact? An email from you guys? It's been 7 weeks, almost 2 months now since this thread was created, and Jhanaka replied. I know Jhanaka stated they may not reply again to the thread, but not contacting him at all or saying anything else on the investigation (example, has it started? Does it look good or bad?) some kind of sign would be helpful, besides complete silence.

Mahhh! Frustrating, aggravating, annoying, depressed, so many feeings at once over this case D:!

Square Enix. Jhanaka. We aren't giving up. I'm very dedicated to this, and we will surely not give up!

I have reported things in other MMOs and never been banned. "White hat hacking" is not a terrible thing to do, and it's sad the devs decided to ban him rather than let him keep tinkering and finding more bugs. Heck, you'd think they'd want to give him a job for finding such an exploit and giving them details on how it was done so it could be corrected.

Wow you sure have a lot of videos! Think i'll watch a few of them, like the zelda triforce one :O! Anyways..

Thing about this forum is, the actual gms and such don't read these, only some moderators do. Chances are, no one will reply to this again, but i will keep on having it on the main page in hopes something more about this case is done. I really need to get Mister to call in to see if the notes on his account has changed at all, but he's been so busy with work he hasn't had the time to even sit at his computer ): I'll see if he has a few to spare to check it out today before he leaves.

And, this is great! You adding this bit of news to one of your videos! If this issue actually gets that much more attention, maybe they will reply and unban him! Ohh.. I shouldn't get my hopes to far up but MAH!

And, i really don't see what the problem is in unbanning him if he hasn't spent or traded any of the illegitimate gil and what not. I don't want to loose hope in this case, or this company. After this mess i've yelled at him to not do any more tinkering in games we play together, cause i seriously don't want him banned again from another game we enjoy playing :/ So i extremely doubt he will ever hack again in FFXIV:ARR if they unban him. Mrs Madam is lonely D: Bet Mister Sirs is going psychotic in the inn room right now >.>;

Ill support you its SE shortcomings popping up here I can see reason to ban him be even more to release his account to him and allow him to play this is indeed poor customer support I've played this game since 1.0 and 11. and so far id have to say that is a improper ban hammer on someone this isn't RMT clearly and they need to step up and acknowledge this by releasing his account.

At this point in time, his account is still banned. he hasn't had the actual chance to contact Square Enix in anyway other than checking his account.

Sigh..I've no idea if the investigation has been concluded, or if it has even started. This is quiet nerve wrecking.. I have absolutely no idea what to do other than to keep this thread alive ):

I refuse to let this thread and problem die till it's resolved in a better way. And by better, i'm talking about more communication with Square Enix and Mister Sirs about this case and why or why not it will be unbanned.

We seriously aren't asking for much other than having Mister be more informed about his account.. Getting unbanned would be marvelous but knowing more detail as to why he will stay banned would be nice to.

Yesterday marked 2 months since the creation of this thread. The 23rd will mark 2 months since the Senior GM's reply.

Thread is now going onto 10 pages! So much support from many of you and i thank you guys for it <3! And yet, Square Enix still hasn't done anything far as we know.. Still banned. Still no contact from SE. Still in the same position as we were 2 months ago. Has anything been done? i really don't want to see "we will investigate and take proper actions in this particular case" as a lie to make themselves look nice and good to anyone else that reads the post. I may be ignorant in thinking SE will really investigate the account and actually consider unbanning him when they find nothing terrible has been done. The longer this goes for, the more SE looks bad :/

Seriously Square.. If you aren't going to bother investigating and going to leave him banned when he helped you find a huge hole in the system, then just tell us so we can stop having hope and wasting our time here, as well as other readers time :/

I don't know what to do, think or feel about all this anymore. I keep posting here, having hope, and yet, SE probably doesn't care. They got helped, they fixed the giant hole, and left the helper for dead. Yes "ToS" stuff blah blah, but he didn't abuse, he didn't trade off items and money, he didn't sell, or use the money, he did exactly what Jhanaka told him and stored the items and gil in a retainer and was left untouched up to the day he got sweeped up. If he would have not listened to Jhanaka.. He wouldn't be banned.. Meh. Funny sometimes how good dooers get the short end of the stick and the bad ones run around a lot longer.. Meh.

Even with this whole darn mess i'm STILL trying to get more people into playing this game. Just the other day i purchased a copy for my little sister. Even with both of us knowing about this, she still wanted to play it, and loves it. Mister is still willing to come back, but still very upset at how this is being handled. Buying a new account, and starting all over again when we had so much time on those characters isn't a good option, and also a tedious one.

I'm sorry for this rant, haven't had my coffee yet >.< But i know some of you can understand my frustration with all this, and yet here i am, still with some bit of hope, posting when i can, in hopes the thread gets enough support to have Square actually unban him.. Meh..
