I rather see someone that finds this and reports it on my server than someone that finds this and abuses it. But yes he is in a though spot for now as is SE really. Still think it could be solved with little to no fuss if people get thinking about it. I do hope your friends gets unbanned.

It's been 9 days since you posted anything. Have you heard any news, yet? H the way, I've logged in your server a few times in the last few days but you never seem to be on when I try... anyone I can try to message?

And no, nothing has been done yet. He still hasn't been contacted or anything, and still banned as far as i know. I'm rapidly loosing all hope and just think they won't do anything past a reply :/ I don't even know what we are suppose to be waiting for. It's been what? 3 weeks now? No.. Almost a MONTH now. I made this thread on the 20th of December, and Jhanakas reply was on the 23rd. Does it seriously take nearly a month to investigate an account?.. I almost feel as if they are waiting to see if i give up and let the thread die so they don't have to put up with this anymore..

Best you can do is give me a general time when you are online (with timezone in case we aren't in the same one?) then i can try to log on during that time. Only one that is active in the FC is Shihaku. If she's online just say Mrs Madam said you can invite me in, i'm from the forums.

For me, if he didn't use any money, he found the bug and reported it, it shouldn't be a problem to unban him. What if you mistakenly discover a bug that dupes your money? You'll get banned, even if you report it and don't use the money? If that's the case, I think it's one of the worst behavior out there.

And, you think they started already mid january? I hope so.. I mean, better than not investigating at all.. Don't know how much longer it's going to take till he gets his account back, if he even does get it back :/

New events started today.. More things he will miss. Maybe the items are tradeable so i can save him some..

Today marks a full month since Jhanaka's reply stating they will have the tech team investigate Mister Sir's account. Still no contact from SE outside of this forum.

Everyone, i'm very grateful that so many of you are for him trying to get his account back ;.; I really really thought everyone would be completely against it.. So thank you everyone who has made posts towards him getting unbanned, and even those who have up voted those kinds of posts, even those who just spent the time to read everything!

We will still be here, waiting, and hoping Mister get's his account and his Character back ;.;

Square Enix, i'm not giving up. I sure hope you guys don't think that i'm going to give up and leave this thread alone. I want- - no, WE want his account restored! Many have seen those screenshots, and many agree he should have his account unbanned and Mister Sirs untouched (except for all the illegitimate money purged from that character) so we can play together again! Now Valentiones day is coming up D: Another darn beautiful event we must miss cause he's still banned ;.;!

Halloween, lightning fates, christmas, new years, XI and Dragon quest, and now next Valentiones day event ;.; MAHHH!! i very appreciate you guys taking the time to investigate his account but.. If he doesn't hear from you guys at all about the issue, then nothing has been done. How do we know it has started? How do we know you guys really will check into it? Is it that difficult to talk to Mister through emails or something privately with this case, with what your tech team has found while investigating his account, did he actually use that money, did he do ANYTHING besides spawning the money, reporting it to you guys, then stuffing it all away in the retainer like he was told, and left untouched for a month till the automated bannings sweeped him up?

We are being left in the dark again with nothing to go on about this but "we will investigate", and yet we don't even know if it started or anything! Loosing faith in Square Enix, and i really don't want to because i enjoy the games you guys push out, and we both enjoy XIV over WoW.

I guess there is a huge difference here between not getting unbanned, and not getting any more forums of communication about his case. So many others want him unbanned.. Is it really that hard to lift it and take the spawned money off the character? :/ we want to play together again, Mrs Madam and Mister Sirs. STILL haven't gotten to level 50 or finished the main story.. Meh..
