    It's the SMN that does it. OP skills that are instant cast. Miasma II being the big one...can cripple a group alone.

    Sorry but that is nonsense. There are worse skills out there that are spammable. Besides, every spell has diminishing returns, so does Miasma 2. Cast it twice and the third time in a short duration = resisted.
