Cant progress in Double Dragoon quest

During my job quest I need to speak to Brucemont to complete the trail, but can't talk to him. Others around me are having the same problem. There was another post about this but I can reply in that post for some reason (another bug?).

The other post was moved to Accepted Bugs section and all topics there all look to be always locked. If you haven't yet id suggest sending a bug ticket in the game it self and have all the others having the problem do so. the more noise we make about this the faster it will be fixed (that's the hope anyways)
