    That's why I said

Only thing I can say is that for T4 make sure you have 2 each PHY/MAG DPS or one will be killed faster than the other. As for your tanks and healers that's up to you long as you have one PLD.
And you don't want x2 Melee DPS on ADS or T4 cause one will have to help pass rot which you would just be better off with a ranged dps. And on T4 having 2 melee DPS is going to hurt you because of the knight/soldier AoEs so its best to have BRD and DRG/MNK and whatever for your 2 magic DPS

Hmm, T4 is easily doable with the following.

1 paladin, 1 warrior, 1 Dragoon, 1 Bard, 1 summoner, 1 Blm, 1 scholar and 1 white mage or 2 Paladin's, 1 dragoon, 1 bard, 1 summoner, 1 blm, 2 white mages. There are very other combinations that work just as well mind you. If you have decently geared BLM and summoner that Soldier will die before it "pops" or "grows taller" (whatever people call it) and the other dps will have that knight down at the same time. With decently geared i mean at least full dark light.

Doing ADS with 2 melee dps is easy as pie and isn't going to limit your damage in any kind of way. just set up 4 ranged in a line and let 1 melee dps run Rot between the far right and far left ranged class. just make sure its DPS / Healer / Healer / DPS kind of line. This way ranged Dps can quickly grab it of the healers and move to there position. The melee runs towards the Left or Right DPS when 5/6 seconds on rot left, quickly runs to the other DPS and repeat. Easy as pie.

That is the best setup. Others work but nothing will be as good as that.

With the war buffs, War is a very good tank now, was good before, but great now. They are really well suited for Off tanking. The ideal setup to me is,

    WAR
    PLD
    WHM
    SCH
    BLM
    BRD
    DRG
    SMN

This gives you strong dps, and 1 of each class so your Limit Break doesn't get nerfed.

    Strats:

Turn 1: Warrior on Back Plat, Paladin main tanking until the split, Warrior does the first feed. On the split warrior takes the split add to the back plat (under the raised plat)
Turn 2: Warrior and Paladin taunt off each other. If things get hairy, warrior uses thrill of battle, and inner beasts, vengeance, and forsite, holmgang if dieing.
    Turn 3:....
Turn 4: Paladin tanks the first dreadnaught, warrior gets the right soldier and knight. Have DPS kill Paladins KNight first, then warriors Knight and Solider, then Paladins Soldier, tank dreadnaught in center, feed quick. Paladin tanks 1 rook, warrior gets 2nd rook and 4 spiders. Kill the rooks first, then kill all the spiders. Paladin positions in north east corner and picks up dreadnaught on phase 5. Spiders should be dead by then. Warrior has knight an solider, ignore dreadnaught, kill night and soldier. Phase 6, Paladin picks up 2nd dreadnaught, tanks both unfed, rotates cooldowns. Brd and Smn kill rook, Drg LB's Knight in the center, ranged get on knight after rook. Warrior Kites Soldier and 2 spiders with tomohawk, flash, and provoke. Dps kills 1st dreadnaught, then 2nd. Stack in the center, heal through enrage and finish soldier and 2 spiders.

    Turn 5: Still working on

When we did this, this week, the LB nerf didn't affect us much, we ran with PLD PLD BRD BRD WHM SCH DRG BLM. So we had 2 paladins and 2 bards, still cleared 1-4.
