Yeah the way I use the spreadsheet is generate gearsets at +110, +122 and +131 acc from gear, then add the food manually so I get accurate final results (I was getting +1 to a couple stats using max food values).

As for the dex, I correct crafted/ballad gear and allagan weapon by subtracting/adding the amount of dex from the item's final calculated weighted value.
