I like the strategy that you have to undertake to keep someone with raise from swiftcast raising someone. It adds an element of skill to the battle. Just wailing on people is dull.

I don't think you should be able to swiftcast raise somebody - it is ridiculous. I wouldn't have an issue with a hard cast raise, however.
Reason being, when you come up against the stacked composition of SCH, SMN, BLM you have 2 swift cast res, and the SCH has an insane ability to bring someone from 0-100 even with somebody on them, it is just too much to handle, especially if you are running a comp which lacks the utility of a tri caster. You blow literally everything to drop someone, only have them able to be brought up twice every 1.5 mins...
As for sleeps, I think a better way for this to be changed/implemented is it to last 10 seconds, flat. After three applications within x time frame, you are immune to sleep for x time. Results in you being able to avoid sleep spam, but it also puts more co-ordination on the CC, you have to choose the right time to apply it, or make a decision between a sleep / heal / kill shot.
Raise needs to be removed from SMN at the very least. Raising in arena style pvp is dumb anyways.
Sleep is OP. If you disagree you don't pvp. Purity removes it once, then it just gets reapplied. Or stun, or bind, or wait for DR to reset and resleep. When you are asleep for 45 seconds like 9 games in a row it gets old quick.
I agree with the not every attack interrupts thing. IF they remove sprinting altogether as well. Also 100% interrupting is kind of broken anyway.
Oh also agree on the rest too.
As long as Melee have no snares, interrupts on casts have to remain. Insta-Raise should be removed, however.
