    I queued in today just before the last boss as a dps. It was obvious they hadn't been waiting more than a few seconds. I won the loot too. People will always queue for an existing because they want to farm the chest.

    It's not fine because that tank that replaced the dropped one would've been able to allow another 23 people in. Imagine if every tank dropped upon getting their item, then tanks only wanting to do "in progress" runs. Healers and dps would have a jolly good time in queue.

    Make it so loot can only be acquired after a timeout/ or clear, so any loot you've rolled on you get once you meet one of those 2 things.

    But then, that puts you in scenarios where that rare drop you wanted shows up, but so does the asshole Alliance B

    50 myth, 100 philosophy and a 30 minute lockout are pretty good incentive to complete this dungeon. Most likely people are doubling up their runs and doing CT to cap. The dungeon should only take 30 minutes. However, if the group wipes 3 times before the second boss I'm not motivated to help complete anything once I have my loot. The 30 minute lockout is enough of a punishment. It's unnecessary to deny them loot they've earned by doing the preceding content. Each area can be managed by 7 people just fine. Healing is light and alliances can assist in picking up the slack if someone doesn't queue right in. I have yet to see this issue really inconvenience groups to point they fail to complete their duty or even delay them for longer than it takes for someone to run up the platform. This game has bigger issues. Just look at the thread on couples being discriminated against in duty roulette for further reference.

    If it really bothers you report the person who dropped for being a poor sport. I'm sure SE will address it individually if it's a pattern.
