I was chasing a bard as a monk, and my summoner friend was assisting. My melee animations got cancelled every time he jumped. The SMN was getting "spell interrupted" every time as well. He wasn't getting hit either. Nor LoSed or too far.

This is a full blown exploit and I encourage every one of you to take the time to report all of these cases.
There are times when it's worse for casters actually because it eats up Surecast. I've taken to just casting Freeze instead of Sleep in these cases. Bards are the worst but TBH I don't think most of them even realize what they are doing.

I've also had this ruin games because someone on MY team is hopping around. I round a corner and hit Aetherial Manipulation only to have my character start spazzing out in place. I have a macro set up to use it on my target. If that fails it tries all the party members so it will work as long as someone is in range. I've had times where my entire team is in range and within LoS but the ability won't fire until I manually target someone else. The game realizes they are in range and in LoS but can't figure out where they are so the macro locks up and won't even try the other party members.
