just saw someone pelting someone else with snowballs

anyone happen to know what the emote command is? or if they made it into an item, where to get it?

You get it from a level 36 quest (Toss Fit Workout) in Coerthas, and you have to be where there's snow to actually throw a snowball. Otherwise you just make the throwing motion.

im not seeing that quest, is it part of a chain? or does it randomly spawn or something?

The NPC has another quest, that one may be blocking Toss Fit Workout from showing on the map icons if you haven't done it.
