Relic Weapons now pointless

So with the new update to the game Titan weapons are on par with the normal Relic Weapon and the new updated allagan weapons are better stats then the Relic +1 versions. Is there really any point in having the relic weapons

If you follow the relic quest, Killing titan ONE time guarantees a relic. Good luck farming him for his (Butt ugly) equivalent.
