Relic Weapons now pointless

Ok so Ive got my Relic +1 bow but I also have stashed away the butt ugly Titan HM bow "spine of crags" or similar.
Has the Titan bow had some sort of buff?

Titan weapon is now ilvl 80 (up from 70) which makes it the same as base relic. Your +1 is i90 so still better.

But, do elaborate. I agree with the upgrade. Allegan should be the most OP gear. Having a relic zenith means you can grind dungeons properly. Having an allegan weapon means you can play content well and you deserve it. Unless you are that lucky bastard that gets carried and wins the first roll, darn you!.

We've been able to do the dungeons properly with ilvl55 weapons, anything after that is just more and more overkill. to the point where you can round up every enemy into a group and just blow them up.

I like my harp bow (although you cannot play on it ). The bow of crags looks... crap. Sorry, just like the ifrit bow which is kinda klunky. Garuda's bow (the one I started farming) at least looks decent and was the only primal weapon with skill speed increase.
Besides, in future update our zenith can become +2 and will probably beat the allagan at that time. What you need for it? Dunno, perhaps I do need to combine it with all primals weapons but untill that.. HARPY!

You're guaranteed your job's ilbl 80 weapon during the relic quest. RNG isn't always friendly.

Simple. It is harder to do Coil 1-5, and even then you are not promised a weapon drop, I assume, as I have not beat Turn 5 yet.

Relic Quest can be done, if you have the free time, in 1 day. It is guaranteed.

I think you mean Titan Extreme is an Item LEvel 90 weapon.... Not Titan Hard mode....

I think the changes fit Perfectly. Before there was no incentive to do Titan except for your relic quest as the weapons were equal to Garudas.

Then is Allagan, I'm sorry to say that Turn 5 is the hardest content of the game now, and as such it is perfectly logical that by clearing it you should get the best weapon in the game. If not, what incentive would have people to do it?. And dont forget that as the most difficult drop in the game a ilvl 90 weapon is almost mandatory, so you need your relic +1 for clearing T5.

Then there is Primals Extreme that also drop ilevel 90 weapons, well for me having a variety of choices is allways good. Those weapons allow you to spend your myth on other gear slots and get good weapons for your alts.
