You think relics are pointless? Try the sarnga, or the giantsgall weapons.
What I'm saying is that they didn't need to change the stats of the weapons like they did, the way the stats were on the weapons was fine as it was there was no need to buff the allagan weapons. It just looks like they are catering for the elite end gamers and not the casual player base and wouldn't surprise me if they had plans to buff the allagan armour set next.
the crowd: We want options!
SE: OK, here are options
the crowd: these are pointless, they are the same level!
It was ridiculous that you could get a weapon by beating titan and beating a lv.55 dungeon a couple times to get a weapon on par with a reward from a once a week boss (if you can beat it) with the same RNG as primals? What I'm saying is that they didn't need to change the stats of the weapons like they did, the way the stats were on the weapons was fine as it was there was no need to buff the allagan weapons. You read all those people in this thread that said it took 30-50 ifrit kills to get their weapon (if they got it)? Now imagine only being able to try once a week. You bet your sweet ass a weapon that can take 50 plus weeks to get will be stronger than one you can get for sitting around with your thumb in your butt when you arent spamming 12 minute dungeons.
IMO EM weapons should also be ilvl95. if you cant beat these three new bosses, its fine, you can just sit at this crystal for 2 weeks and you'll get one just like it!

Ok so Ive got my Relic +1 bow but I also have stashed away the butt ugly Titan HM bow "spine of crags" or similar.
Has the Titan bow had some sort of buff?
Am I sensing a bit of jealousy? What I'm saying is that they didn't need to change the stats of the weapons like they did, the way the stats were on the weapons was fine as it was there was no need to buff the allagan weapons. I'm probably not going to get an allagan weapon for a few months. I actually think they should be better so those players who do put in effort to beat that content are rewarded.
I'm glad they buffed the allagan weapons or it'd feel pointless to do coil week after week. Why would I keep paying to play this game if I can get my BiS weapon within 2 weeks of hitting 50? This goes for both Elite and Casual players. Do you really think casual players want to be spoonfed all content? They do want some sort of difficulty to the game so they can feel like they've achieved something too. What I'm saying is that they didn't need to change the stats of the weapons like they did, the way the stats were on the weapons was fine as it was there was no need to buff the allagan weapons. Sadly it seems like people do want to be spoonfed content, anything requiring you to leave WP for the best stuff is largely bashed. even though WP is a lvl.55 dungeon and we are at ilvl95.I'm glad they buffed the allagan weapons or it'd feel pointless to do coil week after week. i cant wait until myths are no longer relevant and people have to actually try.
I agree with this. You get ilvl 90 stuff from simply grinding and ilvl 95 from the final (for now) end game raid. If a person could get the best gear in the game without doing coil, then coil would be pointless.
