    PvP matchmaking by rank or win-rate

    One of the most basic features of a PvP system is matchmaking that takes into account players' experience, skill, and equipment.

    Will there be revisions to the matchmaking system that takes into account either a player's PvP rank, win rate, or average item level / total morale?

    As it stands, players who have not reached rank 30 will be at a significant disadvantage due to their lack of a full set of abilities.

    Later on, as some players continue to accumulate Wolf Marks, they will be outfitted in equipment level 90 that outclasses anything else available.

    As this rank, skill, and equipment gap widens, it will be increasingly more difficult for new, struggling, or under-geared players to win against randomly matched opponents (or teams) that are more experienced, highly ranked, or fully-equipped, since they receive less EXP and Wolf Marks for losses compared to victories.

    In addition, players who consistently lose will learn little by being repeatedly crushed by better players. This will ultimately turn people off from PvP and generate community outcry.

    As I understand, the current system only takes into account the number of people in your party and their role before queuing. There must be a change that allows the sorting of players in the duty finder according to rank, win rate, or average item level.

    I totally agree with this, i pug my matches solo as i don't have a dedicated party or a lot of free time and at the moment my win/loss is at 5/30 which is discouraging. I would also like them to add an Unranked Match feature so people can at least practice PvP and get comfortable before going ranked and have their stats affected permanently.

    Im a bard and I PUG every game....Im now rank 10 and have a 84 wins out of 115 games.....

    My thoughts are that whats the point of getting better gear if your only allowed to play someone with the same gear as you? The point of working hard for gear is to have an edge on people....

    BTW its hard enough getting into games as it is...start seperating by rank and youll be lucky to get a game once an hour (its not gonna work)

    Now what they SHOULD do is seperate TEAMS by what rank you are...so both teams get some decent players with experience

    Its hard enough getting into ANYTHING using Duty Finder in a timely/quick manner and the fact that most people are being deterred from PvP right now isn't helping much getting into matches either. However i do see your point, but had they sat down and really thought things through i'm sure a solution would be in place.

    And i really think having an Unranked Match option would help as well, to at least keep people interested in continuing their PvP pursuits.

    A wise idea, and i'm sure neccesary in the future when there are rank 30s, if not sooner/now (Before the whining begins)
