Small Plots

Is it just me, or does the small plot seem out of place as a company housing plot? I'm not sure how many Free Companies are out there thinking, "Man, I can't wait to get that little plot next to the giant one with the good view." Shouldn't small plots be for personal housing and medium/large be more for company housing?

I think the small houses can look really nice; not sure why there's so much hate on 'em.

I think small house size doesn't even fit in for company size of 8. Those size look like personal house only.

I agree. It looks more like a family house instead.
A friend of mine commented that "it is a house where you would live with 3 - 4 people, max", and I agree with him. The small houses should've been used as personal housing.

It's not hate, they're just very "cozy" for more than around 5 people. Plus it looks like you can fit 2-3 small houses (1-story) into each story of a 3-story medium house. It's kind of insane how much difference in square footage there is. If they had a 2nd story or at least half again as much square footage they would be very nice for 10+ member FCs.

It's insulting for the price. Don't waste your money since you can never upgrade.

Until I'm sure how people come and go with them, I may buy them out around our large lot for fellow FC's that play a significance in our link-shell. Many of these FC's in linkshells tend to be less then 8 players anyways so a small house would work just fine for them

That's actually what I was thinking too. They should of made the small houses for personal use while the medium and large as FC houses. It's kind of lame having every single house in a ward be a guild house.
