Comparing single player games to an MMO and advocating exploits. (This is exploiting) 5 star post.people will ALWAYS find way to think outside the box and its foolish for them to be punished for it. Best example ff7 Ruby weapon you can fight him normally as it was intended or just spam W summon Hades and Knights of the round and mime = profit, or just simply Cait sith him to death. FF8 Omega weapon, fight normally or just hero drink and aura limit break him = profit. so, sorry if people can outwit devs not their fault.
If people want to play the game their way which is their given right, we all pay for not just you, they can play it how they want, deal with it.
"If people want to play the game their way which is their given right, we all pay for not just you,"
That's the point.
god forbid i compare a series of a game to its predecessors. Exploiting is cheating, like hey look standing on this tree make the boss not able to hit us.
and not much difference between a FF game to its mmo counterpart except hey my npc is now a pc team. hopefully they are smarter than the NPCs of 13 who cant even cast raise or throw a pheonix down at you when you die.

I am not sure why anyone is making a hub bub about this to start with. I have 106 commendations, but by no ill means did I gain them. He used the opportunities presented to him, same as myself. He decided to show screenshots of what the rewards look like (which I thought was nice to see) and even gave some tips. That deserves a commendation all on its own.
oh didnt mean your post. Glad people like you and congrats on your hard work to get 300 commendations, glad some people out ther are nice and explain things to new people.I suppose and while I understand the relation. I don't really think I was trying to outsmart anyone, I didn't ask anyone to commend me. I conversed with people, explained the mechanics behind the Guildhests/Dungeons I entered and was generally (I hope) likable.
People commended me and that was their choice by whatever criteria they decided to do it by, and in the end that is what the system is for. I do apologize if this doesn't fit your (general 'your' not you Kouji) vision of the feature, but I don't really feel bad about it.
Is it an exploit to kill deamon wall before bees?
Is it an exploit to ignore ads in a boss?
Is it an exploit to speed run dungeons?
Is it an exploit to all join same guildhest?
Is it an exploit to play game how you want to play it?
Everythings an exploit.
The only valuable tip is to play healer/tank. They will always get the most commendations because of their role, even if they suck.
Throughout this ordeal I tried multiple roles and while I prefer healer simply because I have the most experience with it. I found that no matter what I played people responded better if you tried to converse with them, explain things and in the very least seem to care.
