I have the Allagan chest and can't even use it because I don't have the Allagan head yet and if I break my DL cowl I'll be severely under the ACC cap. Need to get my hands on those Ultima/Primal accessories...

Ran parsers (over the course of an hour) and with my current gear setup it was not a dps loss at all, not a gain, but not a loss. For turn 5 I def need to use AF2 for the extra accuracy- but all other current content, I get to look sexy in red- and not like a puffy black plastic bag

Did ya try with elder staff? =)
