Robe comparison

So black mages out there. I have had ZERO luck with allagan robe, and have cleared turn 2 like 16 times. so anyways.
I have my AF2 chest
stats being
29 vit
29 int
34 accuracy
24 spell speed (which we know is garbage) - ok not garbage, just personally dont like it

Crimson robe
25 vit
25 int
21 accuracy
30 CRIT (which we all know is amazing)

so my question is, what are your opinions?
does the 30 crit make for better dps than 4 int and 24 spell speed?

it might be if your stacking critand btw.spellspeed is not garbage at all specially for blm.i have 554 without food,and w selene buff goes over 740.the dps gets retarded at that moment.you start noticing it alot after 500ish..anyway..

the 4 int from af2 weights quite a bit,but if your stacking crit like for example using the new i90 staff that has no ss but it has crit,and use the robe and melds you cold get some retarded crit numbers =D worth a try

In my opinion, I don't think 30 crit is better than 4 int + 4 vit, not even counting the spell speed.

Also, with 13 more accuracy, you could change your accessories from +acc to +crit (up to +13 crit) too (crit and acc stat caps are equal on the equips).

Your going to need to make up the accuracy somewhere. Our AF2 is still superior but since i got the crimson vest to drop it changed my myth spending(i had full dl before) so now ill focus on helm, gloves and accessories since that will be more of an improvement per myth. Melded accessories where hero isnt BiS seems the best way to transition.

Per PuroStriders calculations, with mostly i90 the 24 Spell Speed should give you more damage than the 30 crit on its face. With the INT and ACC on top of it, AF2 is clearly superior.

I like both smn and blm af2 robe, but allagan set looks the best. I hope if the loot gods smile upon me I get the whole set just for appearance.

Ran parsers (over the course of an hour) and with my current gear setup it was not a dps loss at all, not a gain, but not a loss. For turn 5 I def need to use AF2 for the extra accuracy- but all other current content, I get to look sexy in red- and not like a puffy black plastic bag
