Cannot Progress In Main Quest Past "Power of Deduction"

Hello!

I'm in a bit of a panic because I just found out that my main scenario is bugged. When I did not receive the next quest in the quest series, I thought I needed to visit another NPC to receive it, and ignored the main scenario quest for a while. But I have searched fan sites, wikis, and databases about the next quest, and the NPC does not have it. If a GM sees this, please forward it to a developer or someone who can take care of it! Thank you!

Information:
Problem: I am unable to start "Secret of the White Lily" main scenario quest.
NPC: Aethelmaer (North Shroud, Alder Springs, Fallgourd Float, (19,25))
Quest Complete: Power of Deduction
Quest Needed: Secret of the White Lily
Time: Unknown (Somewhere around last week, unsure of exactly when)
World Name: Exodus
Character Name: Noximilian Winters
Class/Level: 30/White Mage
Party or Solo: Solo

Additional Information: This does not seem to be a solitary case; through searching the forums I found http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-from-the-Wood detailing similar issues. It is in the "Accepted Bugs" category, but I could not find any instances in "Resolved Issues", "Fixed", or "Confirmed/Planning to Address". I am adding my case to show that it is an issue continuing to occur, in hopes of GMs/Developers noticing it and continuing their efforts to rectify the problem. I'd be heartbroken to find that my months' worth of effort to make this character resulted in being unable to see it through the storyline and into endgame! Thanks in advance!
