Petition: Drop Housing Plot Prices

Square-Enix, this is outrageous and done with complete disregard for small FC's, which your current community is mostly comprised of. These prices are far to high even for the hardcore Gil farmers, I'm sure professional gold sellers are looking at these prices and saying to themselves, we need to step our game up and farm more Gil cause we know the only way players can afford this is to buy our Gil!

And yes this is what your playerbase is thinking right now also. Do you think we farm gil all day, alot of us are busy enough farming gear and raiding to devote ourselves to farming even a fraction of these prices.

Reduce the plot starting prices far lower and allow us to bid war over them as intended, at these prices you have put no one can even afford the starting prices.

Square-Enix, please for the love of Hydalyn, learn the lessons other MMO developers did before you!

I do agree. specially when i see the RMT and Bots farm not getting Ban after month of reports. They old the market and have lots of gils. How can we think about getting 325M @ 30 + players FC when the market is monopolized by BOTS and RMT? by setting the prices that high, SE give RMT a big and bueatyful smile with $$ in their eyes. Our FC will never buy gils to RMT and are not much into farming gils so we can say Good buy to housing.

I spent 3 weeks alone farming materials and selling them. I made 30k a day and I am no way near close to making enough for guild housing. If eel liek quitting. My FC is onyl 8 people and all up we have 4million Gil - guild housing on our server is 20million gil. For the smallest.

This is so stupid. SE you're seriously going to make so many people want to leave over this. Like I'm sure others have brought up, remember how you cut everybodys gil down? Do that to your stupid prices. You strung us on for months about housing, and now at the LAST MINUTE reveal your absurd prices. What is wrong with you guys? I'm signing this as MANY times as I can!

With several more ways to earn gil in 2.1, and the price drops scheduled for housing, I don't ecpect these duplicate topics to last too long.

Adding new ways to make Gill means nothing to prices like that SE cannot expect a FC of 10 people to ever afford these prices!

Signed. Legacy servers are being hit too hard by the gil that is in the hands of RMT. That should NOT count against legitimate players.

I play in Behemoth and from what I've gathered from the 2.1 patch info is that I have to wait after 90 days to be able to buy a cheaper, 5th class small plot of land at 4 million gils? You have got to be kidding! Nope, sorry, I'm done Square Enix. Thanks for nothing.

As a member of a smaller free company I sign this too. The smaller free companies (which most of the FC in community is smaller) we got screwed. How can they show #s around 850k when advertising housong then come out with these ridiculous prices ?!? I mean yea some ppl have decent gil income but what about the free companies that might have newer players or casual players who don't have access to alot of gil. Most of the free companies wont even be able to afford the 90 days later price cuz guess what!.. the prices wont drop lower than 50% of the original price and it takes 90 days to get to that amount. Dont hype up something that wont even be attainable for most free companies.
