    Steps:
    Actions involving Internet access show worsening lag during the specified time period. (Lag is not present during the day or after 11pm) Such actions include gathering, accessing marketplace, talking with NPCs, and fighting.

    Try pinging the Ultros server at 199.91.189.36. Latency gets worse and worse as evening wears on. Often over 2000ms.

    If I ping the Brynhildr server (199.91.189.46) at the same time, latency is around 90ms. In other words there's no lag.

    If you cannot solve this problem, I think the simplest solution is to transfer my character for FREE to a low population server like Brynhildr.

    BTW, I'm accessing the game through Windows 8.1 on a desktop.
