Missing gil after the 2.1 update

My FC seems to be missing around 1 million gil from the FC chest. I asked other members and one told me that they are missing gil as well and another member has told me that other people have also mentioned having some of their gil missing. Is anybody else missing gil? Only very few members had access to withdraw gil and I seriously doubt any of them stole it.
