House plot class rank?

Sorry if this has been asked before but im wondering if anyone knows how to see what class type a plot it.

So far theres different prices on same sized plots so ive come to two different conclusions.

1: Plot prices are different based on location within the housing instance and that class type is chosen upon purchase.

2: Its allrdy chosen for said plots (in which case i want to know how to see it).

Any ideas?

If you mean the plot size, it's on the sign post at the entrance to the plot of land.

Not what i meant, basicly theres 5 different ranks from first class to fifth class each plot size can have.

I found atleast half my question answerd, it seems that plot classes is depending on where the plot is located within the instance.

I still need to know how to see what class a plot has tho.

According to the patch notes, class represents the price of the plot as compared to other plots of the same size (small, medium, large). Class 1 will be the most expensive while class 5 will be the cheapest. The class of the plot is determined purely by location. Obviously, beach-front property will cost more than property tucked away in an uninteresting corner.

Before entering the residential areas, you can choose to select which ward (instance) to go to by clicking/selecting "Go to specified ward" and it'll give you a full list of all the plots, their size, and their price.

Really? the difference from a first class to fifth class is just the location of the house itself, not the size of the garden and stuff like that?

The number of outdoor furnishings that can be placed is dependent on plot size:
-Small: 20
-Medium: 30
-Large: 40

* Once a furnishing has been placed, it can no longer be traded or sold on the market. Furthermore, certain furnishings will be lost upon removal.

Also:

The number of interior furnishings that can be placed is dependent on estate hall size:
-Cottage: 50
-House: 150
-Mansion: 200

lol they're not talking about the sizes. Each size house goes from different classes from 1 to 5 and each of those classes has a different base amount of gil that they start at. As far as I can tell though the only thing that differentiates a 5th class mansion to a 1st class mansion is the location. First class will be right at the beach and the 5th class will be back further near the mountain using LL as an example.

Short Answer: No.

Long Answer: Class is only used in the Patch Notes when it comes to housing. It doesn't show up within the game.

What I think the poster is trying to ask is how can you determine based on the location of your small, medium, or large house what class it is? Is it on the placard? No. Only the size of the plot. Where can you see based on your location what is the class of your personal property. Thanks in advance.
