    Please add "resume download"

Yes, I know that a lot of people already said this, but this happens since the launch of the game and always gives me some trouble.
Why not??? It's so simple! I remember being able to resume a download since 2005!
If you can't do this, why not divide them into smaller downloads? It won't effect people who have super fast internet! It'll only help who doesn't.
My internet isn't fast, but it is stable. Why does it have to stop when it already downloaded 1 GB?! It's so frustrating! Please, change this for future patches as well.

Is this a PC specific issue? It seems to work fine on PS3. I downloaded about half of the 2.1 update, then quit to watch Netflix for a while, and when I went back to the FFXIV launcher the remaining update was about half its initial size. If they can do it for PS3, they should be able to do it for PC.

Yeah, but they should divide them into smaller pieces than 1.5 GB, >.< But my PS3 does the same...

They definitely don't do it for the PC. It's just terrible because one hiccup and you lose everything
