Drake and laurel gobbue mounts are gained from the new beastmen quests (with reputation points raised by completing those quests - the beastmen vendors sell the mounts). As well, there is also the new 'gilded' magitek armour (it's the same as the one you get by completing the main scenario, only painted gold), which is an achievement reward (I can't remember the exact achievement required though). And finally the behemoth mount is a veteran reward from getting 270 days of subscription (at the moment this is very hard to actually get however).

Basically you pony up the money and SE will send you this mount in your mog mail.

However... this means paying 6 more months in advance.
I doubt anyone will be playing this game after 2.1 is maxed out and everyone is waiting on Lock Out / Resets.

It's undoubtedly the main reason why 2.0 was suffering .. lack of content and having to wait 1 week for Myth Cap to reset. Well this tried and failed formula has surfaced again in 2.1 and .. most will agree.. IT SUCKS
