Free Company with same name

Currently on Diabolos server we have a FC with the same name, it appears the same in-game but on website one has Not all caps and one has all caps.


Will the FC that was there first stay and have the one that hasn't vanish?


I think the free company name would be reserved in all caps and or otherwise it's the same name and it would confuse players which to join.


I have supported a ticket and then got referred to the Bug reports Section.

One company name mine is Final Heaven affiliated with Gridania,

Another FC is FINAL HEAVEN affiliated with Ul Dahl


Caps or not shouldn't it be reserved?

We now have TWO Final Heaven Fc's.

World this is occurring on is Diabolos, NA data center.

Also called your 310 number and the operator stated that a GM would have to resolve this issue in-game and I also in-game contacted and they stated to submit a bug report but individual responses are not replied to so I figured to post here also, can a GM please inform me on what to do?

Please can I have a staff member reply to me and tell me what they may end up doing? Will we have to restart at Rank 1 because I truly think that is unfair considering our FC started first.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
