Buttons in a Blanket [confirm]

Hi, can't seem to find a resource online for what the stats on Buttons in a Blanket HQ are.

I know normal quality buffs are as follows (besides the 3% xp buff)

Vit 3% for a max of 12
crit 2% for a max of 8
det 4% for a max of 13

normally for hq food, the % goes up by around 1 and the max goes up a few points. The only thing i was able to find but not confirm yet is that the max goes up to the following with an hq version.

vit max of 15
crit max of 10
det max of 16

can anybody confirm this and/or tell me if the %'s do go up 1% like it usually does?
