    Housing Costs after the Yoshida Statement: I'm still Confused Please help me out!

    I have read and read that statement made by Yoshida about the adjustments to housing. I still cannot figure something out and wanted some clarification.

    It says that after 90 days the land prices will fall to 50%. It also says that land prices that drop will never go back up. Does that also include any new instances that are created as needed? Will those start over the very top price and have to go down again?

    Second question it also states the prices will now fall to those of the tier 3 servers. Does that mean that in 90 days once they fall to tier 3 server prices they will fall again to 50% of that in 90 days?

    I'm really confused and can someone help me out? I just don't get how it's going to sort out in the end. What is gonna be the high price and what is gonna be the final 90 day price once the plots of land on legacy worlds fall to tier 3 status?

    Nobody knows because you're asking questions that have not been answered by development. The best advice there is right now is:
    DO NOT PURCHASE FC HOUSING. The less people who waste money on over-inflated housing costs, the sooner, and more drastically SE will reduce prices.
