Allagan Boots of Casting

With the recent nerf on the stats of the allagan boots of casting I decided to go ahead and get back that 15 accuracy that I lost from the change of stats... However, now we are being told that the stats might be reverted back to what they used to be AFTER I wasted the 495 myth on my Sorcerer's Sabatons... they are ugly and im not interested in using them for vanity... PLEASE let me exchange it or give me my 495 mythology tomes back!!!

I am also looking for this information. i have been told they will go back and correct the allagan boots of casting but i am looking for confirmation. I do not want to buy the af+1 boots if this is true.

This is the third or fourth thread I've read with this exact same complaint. People will tell you what they told the others. You're out some myth seals; barely more than a weeks worth. Yes, it sucks, but move on.

I am not complaining. I am asking for confirmation to a rumor. I have been told by many people that se is going to revert the allagan boots of casting back to the previous stats before v 2.1. Can anyone confirm this rumor is actually true? or is it simply a rumor and there is not any information that has been provided by se confirming they intend to do this?

This also isn't your thread so what I said wasn't directed at you. Since, however, you want to know and are thinking I was, it's already been confirmed that they're going to redo the boots in an upcoming patch.

It's IN the 2.1 patch notes. . . search for the word "err" if you don't feel like digging through the whole thing.

The bonus attributes for the items below were changed in err. They will be reverted to their original values in an upcoming hotfix.
* Added on December 16, 2013.

Allagan Circlet of Healing
Before: MND+18, VIT+18, Determination+15, PIE+11
After: MND+18, VIT+18, PIE+16, Critical Hit Rate+15

Allagan Breeches of Healing
Before: VIT+29, MND+29, PIE+26, Critical Hit Rate+24
After: VIT+29, MND+29, Spell Speed+34, PIE+18

Allagan Boots of Casting
Before: INT+18, VIT+18, Critical Hit Rate+21, Accuracy+15
After: INT+18, VIT+18, Spell Speed+21, Determination+11

Thank god. I was so pissed at this change. It's easy for a BLM to replace these boots. But there is nothing else for a SMN to wear to replace those original stats. NOTHING. I would of had to change my Entire BiS. Well.. not all of it but at least 3-4 pieces would have been changed. mainly Access..
