Daily Beastman Tribe Fates for Quests need to pop faster

I have only been able to do 2 Sylph dailies and cannot progress because I don't have the time to sit around waiting for this fate. I've cleared coil in less time than it takes to wait for this crap.

Yeah, in the time it's taking for this to pop, I could have done 2 dungeons.
