Retainers jumble inventory when logged back in after using 'sort' function

Whenever I log out of my account and log back in, my retainer's inventory is a mess. I can hit re-sort but because I hit sort by mistake, instead of split, I had to resort everything by hand afterwards.

Having to do this everytime I log back in the game is a small inconvenience, but I don't like the game sorts no matter which option so I'd like to resort it myself however the game has turned this into a laborious task.

Also it shouldn't be doing this in the first place.
