    Lets talk about Accuracy

SE, we all realize you went to great pains to create an intricate and complex itemization system, however the way that accuracy is designed is more of a bottleneck and handicap to the system than anything else.

Right now a person needs roughly 100 total accuracy on their gear (and/or food) in order to be hit capped for Turn 5. This is fine. The issue is that accuracy moves around on various pieces and values change in an illogical manner.
This leads to a very simple situation, such as the one I currently find myself in, where a person can get a "rare" drop from Coil, and be utterly unable to use it because they simply cannot make up the accuracy anywhere else.

I want to offer to perfect examples of this issue. Darklight Cowl of Casting and Heavy Darklight Flanchard.
Both of these I70 pieces take up 2 slots and have 43 accuracy. All upgrades to these pieces drop as 2 items, so it takes that much longer to make the upgrade useful.
The larger issue is that again, Accuracy Moves Around, which results in extremely specific gear requirements.

Using BLM as an example. DL Cowl has 43 acc. AF Chest has 34, AF Head has 0, Coil Chest has 0, Coil Head has 15.
If you have DL and get the Coil chest, you now need to make up a very large amount of accuracy in other places. But if you get the Coil head, you can buy the AF chest and have a net gain of 6 accuracy. In one situation you are screwed, in another you are golden... Interesting eh?

For PLD, DL pants has 43. AF pants have 24, AF boots have 21. Good so far. But the Coil legs/feet for tanks have 0 accuracy each.
In this case, you have a choice between getting the AF legs/feet making coil drops useless. Or praying to get the coil chest which has 34 acc, so you can use one of the coil legs/feet.

All in all, the system does work. But the way it is implemented, being part rng, part grinding, and part WAITING to even equip the gear that's been rotting in your bags for a month... needs some work.

I remember the dev team said that one of their inspirations for the game was RIFT, so I want to suggest something that simply works in RIFT.

Make gear for certain slots have accuracy.
Head, hands, feet, rings, neck, main-hand weapon. Make all of the items that go into these slots ALWAYS have accuracy, regardless of whether they come from Coil, Crystal Tower, or Mythology tomes.
This change will greatly streamline the gearing process. It will not make it significantly faster, since you still need things to drop, but it will help alleviate the "I cant use this upgrade because I wont have enough accuracy" issue.

With standardized accuracy locations, ANY upgrade will be immediately useful... Of course 2 slot items will need to be adjusted to make the transition smoother. But in the long run, this will be a good change for the future of the game.
