    Issues in AK

    I don't know whether this is a bug, but last night I ran as SCH in AK with a premade group. We had some major issues with lag but decided to push and try to finish the dungeon. We wiped twice on the Demon Wall and both times Eos got knocked off when the boss did repel. I always place her in front of the boss at the center. This has never happened when running in AK pre-patch. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks.

    Edit: My friend said that he experienced Repel Lag from the boss.

    "The yellow bar for Repel filled up, and nothing happened to me. Demon Wall moves forward, and I move to the side so as to avoid the stuff on the floor. Then Repel hits me, and because I'm off to the side, I get knocked off.

    It happened twice actually, only the first time I was still central enough that I didn't get knocked off."

    There has always been a repel lag in Amdapor Keep, but there's ways of going around the problem.

    A problem which is vague to define the source... Network lag perhaps?

    I have experienced the problem regularly on the PlayStation 3 version. As a precaution I always run back a bit and use the boss' big target circle as reference so I don't get the repel lag.

    Yep, I've always experienced that lag in repel (Where it casts repel but you're not immediately pushed back) at least once every two runs since the beginning of the game. Nothing new for 2.1.

    Basically you just stand there until you get knocked back. Unless you dodged it. You can dodge repel if you time jump correctly...though I think that'll be harder now with how quick the animation is. Also, this usually only applies to the tank, but if you have stoneskin applied, and if Repel does 0 damage...you won't get pushed back.

    Oh, and there's a "glitch" where if you stand too close to the wall for repel, the wall will run you over (lol), and your character gets ported to the very back of the room. Can be an issue as a tank..if you have slow loading times and the bees spawn when you get spawned at the back. So just make sure you're not up against the wall.

    Like Whizawk said, use the target circle as a reference. I always stand right on the arrow.

    Personally I don't experience much lag in AK or WP for that matter or even on the Repel part. But does happen once in awhile. I would say 5% of the time. Not sure why others get much more lag sometimes.

    Lag issues may be tied to hardware not just ISP or SE Server so posting rig info might help.

    Best lag story in AK. I was running to the boss after getting repelled. Next moment I was falling and then dead. I thought repel knocked me off somehow but according to my teammates they said I simply jumped off into the sides. Crazy stuff lag can do LOL.
