Mercy Stroke not working on my Monk

Hey all I experienced this 2 days ago. Didn't test again to see if it still happens after the current maintenance.

Basically my MNK when using the Mercy Stroke as a cross class skill is unable to deal any damage. It animates about 80% through and then nothing. I can keep pushing the key but it will never land. No issues when I use it on my GLD/PLD or MRD. Tried using it in Praetorium and then out in Mor Dhona.

My MNK is wearing Relic and Full DL. Not sure if its what the issue is but if anyone else is experiencing the same thing please post here.

Note: Yes I met the requirements to use the action on the mob as the key lights up and mob is below 20% HP.
